Behrooz Tabani Leads 2026 Huanji Chengdu Pro Qualifiers

The 2026 Huanji Chengdu China Pro event wrapped up on July 26, featuring seven divisions that each awarded a spot at the upcoming Olympia competition. Iranian athlete Behrooz Tabani emerged as the standout performer in the open division, guiding a strong group of competitors toward their qualification goals. This competition highlighted rising talents from multiple countries who demonstrated exceptional physiques and conditioning throughout the weekend.

Open Division

Behrooz Tabani from Iran captured the top prize in the open division by outperforming England’s James Hollingshead. His combination of muscle fullness, sharp conditioning, and overall stage presence convinced the judges to award him his fourth Olympia qualification. Tabani’s presentation stood out among a highly competitive field, securing his position as a leading contender heading into the major event.

The open division final rankings placed Wei Li in third position, followed by Morteza Mashayekhkordkola in fourth and Mazaher Tabaniabarghani rounding out the top five.

212 Division

Xiaoshuang Lan from China claimed victory in the 212 division after building on his previous success at the Amateur Olympia China. His impressive leg development and highly detailed physique helped him secure the win and advance toward the Olympia stage. The division showcased athletes who balanced size with precise muscle separation.

The remaining top placements went to Guangyi Dou in second, Cameron George in third, Mohamed Gomaa in fourth, and Mahmoud Abdelhalim in fifth.

Men’s Classic Physique

Xin Liu earned the men’s classic physique title after receiving his IFBB Pro Card in 2024. His rapid progress since turning professional positioned him for a strong debut at the 2026 Olympia. Liu demonstrated excellent proportions and classic lines that appealed to the judges in this category.

Chuan Wang finished second, Zhu Li Xiang took third, Laixi Xie placed fourth, and Yi-Shan Cheng completed the top five.

Men’s Physique

Brazil’s Edvan Palmeira won the men’s physique division, building on his earlier victory at the FitPira Pro event. His consistent performances across international competitions earned him official qualification for the Olympia, where he will represent his country in the upcoming finals.

Li Xiaolong placed second, Heng Zhao came in third, Yu Jin finished fourth, and Siang Wang rounded out the top five in this category.

Women’s Figure

Xinyu Chen from China secured the women’s figure title after competing against a challenging lineup that included returning four-time Olympian Da Jeong An, who had taken a two-year break. Yao Zeng delivered a strong performance to finish as runner-up in a tightly contested division.

The final rankings included Yao Zeng in second, Da Jeong An in third, Anastasiya Voskresenska in fourth, and Yanrong Liu in fifth.

Bikini

Cynthia Chen from China captured the bikini division win, marking her second professional victory of the season. This result officially qualified her for the 2026 Olympia, where she will compete in Las Vegas later in the year.

Mengru Zhang placed second, Liling Wang took third, Lijia Zhang finished fourth, and Lu Zhao completed the top five.

Women’s Wellness

Wenqian Yang from China defended her title in the women’s wellness division after her 2025 victory at the same event. Her continued success secured another Olympia qualification and reinforced her status as a top contender in this growing category.

Carolina Cardoso finished second, Klaudia Vanessza Csuri placed third, Lingao Wang came in fourth, and Xiaoyan Li rounded out the top five.
